OPEN SOURCE PROJECTS INITIATED
RECENT MAJOR PROJECTS
- Worked with a non-internet company to capture the paper work
flow for a jobs outreach program into a web-enabled database
application using mod_perl and Oracle. The application manages
the interaction between community contacts, job candidates, and
the program management with respect to publishing job positions,
scheduling interviews, and following up on hired candidates.
- Designed and developed software infrastructure for a
completely automated shared-server web hosting company with:
automatic account provisioning, automatic configuration
of Apache, E-mail, and DNS daemons, a web based end-user
administration interface, web based e-mail interface,
enhanced e-mail storing and forwarding system, and various
other features. Packaged all this into a custom RedHat based
Linux distribution for easy deployment onto and configuration
management of production servers.
